The company covers an area of 36,000 square meters, with two large-scale welded pipe production workshops and a comprehensive office buildings and supporting facilities. It has 3 production lines of double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipes, with an annual productivity of 100,000 tons. The company can produce a variety of double-sided submerged arc spiral welded steel pipes with a diameter range of φ219-φ3000mm, and wall thickness of 5-20mm; the φ377- Φ3000mm unit is internal expanding molding machine in Tianjin area that can produce large diameter double-sided submerged arc screw welded steel pipes. The products are widely used in oil, natural gas, coal gas, steam, heating and other long-distance transmission pipelines as well as chemical, electric power, waterpower, heating power, piling, structure and other industries. The products are sold in more than 30 provinces and cities nationwide and exported to foreign countries.

In order to ensure the quality of welding products, 3 production lines of the company are all equipped with advanced Lincoln welding equipment introduced from the U.S., and the non-destructive testing equipment, and X-ray full seam flaw detection equipment, including the THALES, COMET and SANKO, ultrasonic flaw detection and hydrostatic testing equipment.
